How do charity gift cards work here?
A Charity Shop gift card is a card you print yourself: choose an animal-rescue gift at a suggested amount — from £5 — and donate through World Animal Rescue Network, which emails you a receipt (not a certificate). Then make a free printable gift card with their name, your message and the gift, and print it or save it as a PDF.
How to send one

Choose the gift
Pick a gift tag from the catalogue — such as £10 named after a week of meals for a rescue dog, or £12 for a kitten’s vaccinations. Amounts are suggestions, not costs.

Donate through WARN
Review the gift, then complete the donation on World Animal Rescue Network’s secure page. It goes to WARN’s “Where it’s needed most” fund, and WARN emails you a receipt.

Make the card
Open the printable gift card page, type their name and a short message, and pick the gift you chose. Nothing you type is stored or sent.

Print it or save a PDF
Print the card to hand over, or save it as a PDF and email it yourself. It is a card from Charity Shop, not a certificate or receipt from WARN.

Is the gift card a physical card?
Only if you print it. You make it yourself on our printable gift card page, then print it at home or save it as a PDF to email. Nothing is posted, so it suits last-minute giving.
Can I choose the value of the gift card?
You choose a gift rather than an open value: each tag names a kind of care and has a suggested amount, from £5 to £95. The amounts are suggestions, not costs. The card leaves the amount off unless you choose to show it.
Does WARN send a certificate or e-card?
No. World Animal Rescue Network emails a payment receipt for these gifts and no certificate. The gift card comes from Charity Shop: you make it in your browser whenever you like, including on Christmas Eve.
What does the money buy?
Your gift goes to WARN’s “Where it’s needed most” fund. The tag names the kind of care you want to support, such as a week of meals or a vaccination, but it does not restrict how WARN uses the money. Prices are suggested amounts, not shelter invoices.
