Sloths: charity shop gifts
Treat power-line injuries and soft-release rescued sloths — gifts from £12.
Reviewed — prices checked with partner shelters
How does my donation help sloths?
Your gift treats sloths injured on power lines and roads: £12 covers a week of fresh leaves, £35 funds wound care for electrocution injuries, and £55 sponsors a month of soft-release — the gradual return to the treetops.
As forests shrink, sloths cross roads and climb power lines. Survivors need slow, careful care: burn treatment, a leaf-heavy diet, and a soft-release enclosure at the forest edge. Nobody takes a sloth home; the till is the gift tags on this page.
Who should skip this: Skip this page if you wanted to rehome a sloth in the UK — that is the rescue directory, not a gift tag. Skip it if you need Gift Aid: World Animal Rescue Network is a CIC and cannot claim it. Nobody takes this animal home.
Can I take this sloth home?
No. These tags fund named care at partner shelters and sanctuaries. The animal stays there. If you want to adopt or foster in the UK, use the rescue directory and follow that organisation’s process. An animal charity gift is not a pet. Compare sponsor vs adopt.
Is a sloth gift Gift Aid eligible?
No. Donations are received by World Animal Rescue Network CIC. Community interest companies cannot claim Gift Aid, so you will never see a tick-box here. If Gift Aid is required, give to a registered charity instead. The gifts on this page support care without Gift Aid. See about.
What gifts help sloths?
Pick a tag and we'll transfer you to World Animal Rescue Network's secure donation page with this gift already selected. Or sponsor a sloth monthly instead. Birthday and Christmas wrappers live on birthday gifts and Christmas gifts; choose the same care with a personal message.
