Cats: charity shop gifts

Vaccinate kittens and shelter rescue cats — gifts from £8.

Reviewed — prices checked with partner shelters

How does my donation help cats?

Your donation funds a rescue cat’s care at real shelter prices: £8 feeds a cat for a week, £12 vaccinates a kitten, £22 covers neutering and microchipping, and £30 sponsors a warm cat pod for a month. Every rescue cat gift is matched to shelter costs.

Partner shelters take in street cats and abandoned litters every day. Vaccination and neutering are the gateway to every rehoming — and the humane way to manage street-cat populations — while a sponsored pod keeps a cat safe in care. Nobody takes a cat home; the till is the gift tags on this page.

Who should skip this: Skip this page if you wanted to rehome a cat in the UK — that is the rescue directory, not a gift tag. Skip it if you need Gift Aid: World Animal Rescue Network is a CIC and cannot claim it. Nobody takes this animal home.

Can I take this cat home?

No. These tags fund named care at partner shelters and sanctuaries. The animal stays there. If you want to adopt or foster in the UK, use the rescue directory and follow that organisation’s process. An animal charity gift is not a pet. Compare sponsor vs adopt.

Is a cat gift Gift Aid eligible?

No. Donations are received by World Animal Rescue Network CIC. Community interest companies cannot claim Gift Aid, so you will never see a tick-box here. If Gift Aid is required, give to a registered charity instead. The gifts on this page support care without Gift Aid. See about.

What gifts help cats?

Pick a tag and we'll transfer you to World Animal Rescue Network's secure donation page with this gift already selected. Or sponsor a cat monthly instead. Birthday and Christmas wrappers live on birthday gifts and Christmas gifts; choose the same care with a personal message.

Cat rescue questions

How much does it cost to vaccinate a kitten?

£12 pays for a kitten’s first core vaccinations against cat flu and feline enteritis — the treatment every kitten needs before it can be rehomed. See all rescue cat gifts.

Can I give a cat rescue donation as a gift?

Yes. Every donation comes with a personalised e-certificate you can email or print, naming the person you are giving it for — popular for birthdays and gifts in memory. It is a charity gift, not a live kitten.

Can I take this cat home?

No. Tags on the cat gift page fund named care at partner shelters and sanctuaries. For a UK pet, use the rescue directory.

Is a cat gift Gift Aid eligible?

No. Donations are received by World Animal Rescue Network CIC, which cannot claim Gift Aid. The gifts still fund care.

Can I sponsor a cat every month?

Yes. £30 a month sponsors a warm cat pod or use monthly cat sponsorship.
