Owls & birds of prey
Repair wings and rehabilitate birds of prey — gifts from £8.
How does my donation help owls & birds of prey?
Your gift funds care for injured owls and birds of prey: £8 feeds a rescued owl, £20 pays for a week in a flight aviary to rebuild strength, and £55 contributes to wing repair surgery after collisions.
Most owls arrive after road collisions or entanglement. Surgery mends the wing; the flight aviary rebuilds the muscle. Release back to their home territory is the goal for every bird.

What happens to an owl after wing surgery?
After surgery the bird moves to a flight aviary — about £20 a week — to rebuild flight muscle. Once it can fly and hunt confidently, it is released back where it was found.
