Seals: charity shop gifts
Rehydrate, feed and release stranded seal pups — gifts from £15.
Reviewed — prices checked with partner shelters
How does my donation help seals?
Your donation rescues stranded seal pups through coastal partner rescues: £15 buys a week of fish for a recovering pup, £25 funds rehydration and first aid on admission, and £60 covers a month in a rehabilitation pool before release. Every seal rescue gift is costed care.
Storm-separated pups wash up dehydrated and underweight on coasts our partners cover. With fluids, fish and a few months in a rehab pool, most return to the sea at full weight. Nobody takes a seal home; the till is the gift tags on this page.
Who should skip this: Skip this page if you wanted to rehome a seal in the UK — that is the rescue directory, not a gift tag. Skip it if you need Gift Aid: World Animal Rescue Network is a CIC and cannot claim it. Nobody takes this animal home.
Can I take this seal home?
No. These tags fund named care at partner shelters and sanctuaries. The animal stays there. If you want to adopt or foster in the UK, use the rescue directory and follow that organisation’s process. An animal charity gift is not a pet. Compare sponsor vs adopt.
Is a seal gift Gift Aid eligible?
No. Donations are received by World Animal Rescue Network CIC. Community interest companies cannot claim Gift Aid, so you will never see a tick-box here. If Gift Aid is required, give to a registered charity instead. The gifts on this page support care without Gift Aid. See about.
What gifts help seals?
Pick a tag and we'll transfer you to World Animal Rescue Network's secure donation page with this gift already selected. Or sponsor a seal monthly instead. Birthday and Christmas wrappers live on birthday gifts and Christmas gifts; choose the same care with a personal message.
Seal rescue questions
How much does a week of fish for a seal pup cost?
£15 covers seven days of fish feeds for one recovering pup. See all seal rescue gifts.
Can I give a seal rescue donation as a gift?
Yes. Every donation comes with a personalised e-certificate you can email or print, naming the person you are giving it for — popular for birthdays and gifts in memory. It is a charity gift, not a seal pup you take home.
Can I take this seal home?
No. Tags on the seal gift page fund named care at partner shelters and sanctuaries. Rehabilitated pups go back to sea. For a local wildlife hospital, use the rescue directory.
Is a seal gift Gift Aid eligible?
No. Donations are received by World Animal Rescue Network CIC, which cannot claim Gift Aid. The gifts still fund care.
Can I sponsor a seal every month?
Yes. £60 a month funds rehab-pool care or use monthly seal sponsorship.
